DTV launched, program to first start on Jan 19

Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – D Station Co Ltd held a press conference on the launch of DTV to be another choice for audiences.

Adisorn Piangket, former Thai Rak Thai executive and D Station Co Ltd’s chairman, presided over the press briefing.

DTV is the Democratic Alliance Against Dictatorship (DAAD)’s new channel which will welcome opinions from various groups of people.

DAAD leaders such as Jatuporn Prompan, Veera Musikapong, Chakrapob Penkhae attended the press conference.

This is not to mention former foreign minister Noppadon Pattama, Sunai Jullapongsathorn, Puea Thai MP in Nakhon Sawan, and Vichit Plangsrisakul, former Thai Rak Thai executive.

Energy drinks under the brand of Truth Today were given away to participants.

DTV program will be first broadcast on January 19.

Mrs. Mayuree Sevatasai, leader of the Red Shirts Love Democracy group in Ayutthaya, said the group already cancelled its plan to protest at Sunthorn Wittaya School where the PAD’s New Year’s party would be held.

Mayuree added that the group did not want people to think that red shirt people caused violence.

PAD leaders such as Pipob Thongchai, Somsak Kosaisuk, Anchalee Paireerak and Saranyu Wongkrachang are scheduled to join the party.
