Bangkok - Thai Airways International board is gearing up to examine whether the Thai Airways captains refused to allow the PPP MPs get on board.

This morning, PPP Surin MP Farida Sulaiman was about to take the Don Muang-Surin flight to go back to her hometown.

She said the flight’s captain closed the plane’s door to show protest against the PPP MP.

It was reported the captain announced that he did not welcome the tyrant, PPP MPs and politicians who harmed people. He emphasized he would not welcome all those people forever.

Another captain and pilot later refused to allow PPP Nong Bua Lamphu MP Chaiya Promma and Nongkhai MP Chomphu Chanthathong be on board.

Both MPs were to fly from Don Muang to Udon Thani.

Thai Airways union issued its urgent statement, saying the union did not order those captains to act against the PPP MPs. The union confirmed the captains were entitled to make such decision.

So far, nearly 400 people have been injured and three were dead due to clashes between the People’s Alliance for Democracy (PAD) protesters and police.
