Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – The medium powerful southwest monsoon is covering the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. As a result, heavy rain will be in the western central region and upper south.
60 percent of rain will be in the north, particularly in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Payao, Nan, Tak and Kamphaengphet.
In the northeast, 40 percent of rain can be expected, especially in Nongkhai, Loei, Nongbua Lumpoo, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Panom and Kalasin.
In the central region, heavy rain can be seen in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.
60 percent of rain will be in the east, especially in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao, Chonburi and Rayong.
40 percent of rain will be in the eastern south. Heavy rain can be seen in Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan. Waves can be about one meter high.
In the western south, there will be 30 percent of rain, in particular Ranong and Phang Nga.
60 percent of rain can be expected in Bangkok and surrounding provinces.
