Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – Southwest wind is covering the Andaman Sea and upper Gulf of Thailand while the low-pressure mass is passing the north. As a result, heavy rain can be seen in some areas.
60 percent of rain will be in the north. Heavy rain can be in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai and Tak.
There will be 40 percent of rain in the northeast. Heavy rain can be in some areas like Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Panom, Nakhon Ratchasima and Ubon Ratchathani.
In the central region, 40 percent of rain can be expected as well, particularly in Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.
40 percent of rain will be in the east, and heavy rain can be in Chanthaburi and Trad. Waves can be as high as 1-2 meters.
In the eastern south, 20 percent of rain can be expected, especially in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan and Chumporn.
30 percent of rain will be in the western south, in particular Ranong and Phang Nga. Waves can be approximately two meters high.
40 percent of rain will be in Bangkok and surrounding provinces. Southwest wind travels at the speed of 15-30 kilometers per hour.
