Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – Bangkok Governor Sukhumbhand Paribatra launched the “Smile Teen” project to encourage youths to spend their free time usefully.
Sukhumbhand presided over the launching ceremony on June 17, signing an agreement with Chulalongkorn University to use the activity zone in front the Hard Rock Cafe Bangkok to serve such purpose.
Being located in the Siam Square area, Hard Rock Cafe’s activity zone will be used to promote sports as well as recreation for children and youths.
Activities will be held every Sunday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Official launch will take place on July 5.
The project is to support new-generation youths to realize the value of sports playing and useful time spending.
Youths can express their talent for sports, music, arts and culture, etc.
