Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – Most of Thai students felt good to go back to school since they were excited to see their friends after school vacation, according to a poll.
Krungthep Poll surveyed 1,146 students from 30 government-run and private schools in Bangkok.
60.7 percent said they were glad to go to school during new school opening whereas 31.8 percent felt indifferent.
7.5 percent felt bad because they had to get up early in the morning, saying they did not have fun in studying.
86.5 percent thought that knowledge and experience they gained from schools would build a better future for them.
However, 9 percent said knowledge and experience they got would help a good future a little.
4.2 percent were not certain if knowledge and experience they received would be useful or not.
Students were generally satisfied with their teachers the most. Extra-curriculum activities came in the second place while the content in the third place.
