Dropping rain in upper Thailand, powerful wind in Bangkok

Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – Decreasing rain will be seen as high-pressure mass which covers upper parts of Thailand is becoming less powerful. South and southeast winds will cover upper Thailand.

Powerful winds can be seen in some areas. 20 percent of rain will be in the north, particularly in Tak, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Kamphaengphet and Phetchabun.

There will be 40 percent of rain in the northeast, especially in Nongkhai, Loei, Nong Bua Lampu, Udon Thani, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima and Buriram. The lowest temperatures will be 21-25 degrees celsius whereas the highest temperatures 30-33 degrees celsius.

20 percent of rain can be expected in the central region, in particular Lopburi, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.

In the east, there will be 40 percent of rain, particularly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chanthaburi and Trad. The lowest temperatures will be 25-26 degrees celsius while the highest temperatures 33-37 degrees celsius.

30 percent of rain can be expected in the eastern south, especially in Chumporn, Surat Thani, Pattani and Narathiwat. Waves can be about one metre high.

There will be 40 percent of rain in the western south, in particular Krabi, Trang and Satun. The lowest temperatures will be 23-24 degrees celsius whereas the highest temperatures 32-34 degrees celsius. Waves can be 1-2 metres high.

20 percent of rain can be expected in Bangkok and surrounding provinces. Powerful winds can be seen in some areas. The lowest temperatures will be 25-27 degrees celsius while the highest temperatures 35-36 degrees celsius.
