Temperature reaches 39 degrees in north

Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – Thais were warned of rain and powerful winds as the southeast wind from the Gulf of Thailand is covering the upper parts of Thailand.

Cool weather will be in the north. Foggy morning can be seen as well. Although it will be hot during daytime, 10 percent of rain can be expected, particularly in Phitsanulok, Phichit and Phetchabun. The lowest temperatures will be 16-23 degrees celsius whereas the highest temperatures 35-39 degrees celsius.

It will be hot in the northeast. Powerful winds as well as 20 percent of rain can be expected, especially in Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Mahasarakam, Roi-et and Nakhon Ratchasima.

10 percent of rain can be expected in the central region, in particular Lopburi and Saraburi. The lowest temperatures will be 26-27 degrees celsius while the highest temperatures 36-38 degrees celsius.

Even though it will be hot in the east, 30 percent of rain can be expected, particularly in Prachinburi, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trad. Waves can be lower than one metre high.

20 percent of rain can be expected in the eastern south, especially in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumporn and Surat Thani. The lowest temperatures will be 24-28 degrees celsius whereas the highest temperatures 32-35 degrees celsius. Waves will be 1-2 metres high.

There will be 30 percent of rain in the western south, in particular Phang Nga, Phuket and Krabi. Waves can be one metre high.

Powerful winds will be in Bangkok and surrounding provinces. 10 percent of rain can be expected. The lowest temperatures will be 26-28 degrees celsius whereas the highest temperatures 35-37 degrees celsius.
