Dropping temperature in north, rain in central region and east

Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – Temperature in the north will fall 2-3 degrees celsius as the west wind is moving to the upper north. South and southeast winds will also bring humidity from the Gulf of Thailand to cover the central region and east.

40 percent of rain will be in the north, particularly in Chiang Rai, Payao, Chiang Mai, Lampang, Nan, Phrae, Tak and Sukhothai. Temperature will drop 2-3 degrees celsius.

There will be 10 percent of rain in the northeast, especially in Chaiyaphum and Nakhon Ratchasima. The lowest temperatures will be 20-26 degrees celsius while the highest temperatures 35-37 degrees
celsius.

Although it will be hot in the central region, 10 percent of rain can be expected, in particular Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi and Saraburi.

It will be hot in the east as well. Nevertheless, 30 percent of rain can be expected, particularly in Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trad. The lowest temperatures will be 23-26 degrees celsius whereas the highest temperatures 32-37 degrees celsius.

There will be 30 percent of rain in the eastern south, especially in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumporn, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Pattalung and Songkhla. Waves can be about one metre high.

20 percent of rain can be expected in the western south, in particular Phang Nga, Phuket and Krabi. The lowest temperatures will be 23-24 degrees celsius while the highest temperatures 33-34 degrees celsius.

Even though it will be hot in Bangkok and surrounding provinces, there will be 20 percent of rain. The lowest temperatures will be 26-27 degrees celsius whereas the highest temperatures 35-37 degrees celsius.
