Bangkok - Sak Korsaengruang, spokesman of the Assets Examination Committee (AEC) revealed the eleven AEC members would not go to meet the Crime Suppression Division (CSD)’s police.
Receiving the second summon, the AEC resolved it would do its job as usual and would not go anywhere else.
The AEC already sent its letters to the commissioner-general of the Royal Thai Police to ask him to consider the CSD’s order.
Documents were attached to the letter, telling the reasons why the AEC members did not go to meet the CSD police.
The AEC regarded the commissioner-general of the Royal Thai Police acknowledged the CSD’s action.
It demanded that the summon should be approved by the police colonel if the police wanted to ask for the court’s permission to issue the summon.
