Bangkok - Thai people expressed concerns about protests, fearing a riot could happen, according to Dusit Poll.
1,561 respondents in Bangkok were surveyed during May 26-28, regarding their opinions on political situation.
32.49% concerned about violence, riot and turmoil while 28.29% thought the economy and investment would be delayed.
15.41% were worried about traffic problem while 14.56% about assets and life safety, and 9.25% about social tension.
43.79% wanted the pro-government group and the People’s Alliance for Democracy (PAD) to meet each other in the half way.
5.22% thought the situation would surely escalate.
29.55% liked to see the PAD end its protest while 30.77% wanted the government to concern about the country and people.
