Brothers and Sister,
We the Philippine Railway Workers Union (BKM-PNR) and the Philippine Transport Workers Unions (PMT), express our solidarity and support to all of you who at present is being summoned by the Thai Police to answer charges of committing International Terrorism. Democracy is the essence of governance, we do not believe that fighting a corrupt government such as you did is a terroristic act. What you did is to protect the interest of the Thai people, for who will protect you from the evils of bad govenance, of corrupt politicians and of evil government, only you can do it for we filipinos cannot go there in Thailand to protect you from an evil government, we can only support but you will do the action.
Therefore, our organizations condemns this charges thrown against all of you by the Thai police, this is harrassment in the highest degree and must not be allowed to prosper. We encourage you to fight it with determination and vigilance as what you did in ousting a corrupt Prime Minister and his minions in government. Remember, what you did is moral and the right thing to do, you have to protect your country and your people from pseudo leaders who only uses their position to enrich themselves and their families and let the whole country suffer.
Whatever is needed please inform us so we can move accordingly. We are sending letters to your Prime Minister through email and also to your embassy here in Manila.

เราในนามของสหภาพแรงงานรถไฟแห่งประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ (BKM-PNR) และ สหภาพแรงงานการขนส่งแห่งประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ (PMT) ขอแสดงความสมานฉันท์และขอสนับสนุนทุกท่านที่ถูกออกหมายเรียกโดยตำรวจไทยให้ตอบคำถามในข้อกล่าวหาว่ากระทำการก่อการร้ายสากล ประชาธิปไตยเป็นพื้นฐานที่สำคัญและจำเป็นสำหรับการบริหารประเทศ เราไม่เชื่อว่าการต่อสู้กับรัฐบาลขี้โกง คอรัปชั่นอย่างที่พวกท่านได้ทำไปนั้นจะถือว่าเป็นการก่อการร้าย สิ่งที่พวกท่านทำคือการปกป้องผลประโยชน์ของประชาชนชาวไทย จะมีใครสามารถปกป้องพวกคุณจากการบริหารประเทศที่เลวร้ายของอธรรม จากการนักการเมืองที่โกงกินประเทศและจากรัฐบาลที่ชั่วช้า มีเพียงพวกท่านเท่านั้นที่จะทำได้ เราชาวฟิลิปปินส์ไม่สามารถไปประเทศไทยเพื่อช่วยเหลือ พวกท่านจากรัฐบาลชั่วรายได้ สิ่งที่เราทำได้คือให้การสนับสนุนแต่พวกท่านคือผู้ที่ลงมือปฏิบัติ
ดังนั้นองค์กรของเราขอประณามการตั้งข้อหาเหล่านี้ต่อพวกท่านทุกคนโดยตำรวจไทย ซึ่งถือเป็นการคุกคามในระดับที่สูงที่สุดและจะต้องไม่ยอมให้ขยายมากไปกว่านี้ เราขอสนับสนุนให้ท่านต่อสู้ด้วยความมุ่งมั่นและเฝ้าสังเกตการณ์สถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิดอย่างที่ท่านได้ทำกันมาในการขับไล่นายกรัฐมนตรีและพวกลิ่วล้อที่คอรัปชั่นออกไปจากการเป็นรัฐบาล ขอให้พึงระลึกว่าสิ่งที่ท่านได้ทำลงไปนั้นเป็นสิ่งที่มีคุณธรรมและเป็นสิ่งที่ถูกต้อง ท่านต้องปกป้องประเทศและประชาชนของท่านจากพวกที่เป็นผู้นำแต่ในนามและใช้ตำแหน่งเพีนงเพื่อสร้างผลประโยชน์ ความร่ำรวยให้กับตนเองและครอบครัวเท่านั้น และปล่อยให้คนที่เหลือทั้งประเทศต้องทนทุกข์
