Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – Quite powerful southwest wind covering the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand will result in heavy rain in some parts of the west and east.
60 percent of rain will be in the north, particularly in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai and Tak.
In the northeast, there will be 40 percent of rain, especially in Nongkhai, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Panom, Nakhon Ratchasima and Surin.
In the east, 70 percent of rain can be expected. Heavy rain can be seen in Sakaew, Chanthaburi and Trad. Waves can be approximately two meters high.
40 percent of rain will be in the eastern south, in particular Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan and Chumporn.
In the western south, there will be 60 percent of rain. Heavy rain will be in Ranong and Phang Nga. In the upper Andaman Sea, waves can be as high as 2-3 meters.
60 percent of rain will be in Bangkok and nearby provinces.
