Bangkok - People are warned of heavy rain in the north, central part and south, according to the weather survey.
Heavy rain is expected in Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Nakhon Sawan, Lopburi, Uthai Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Chonburi, Chanthaburi, Trad, Chumporn, Ranong and Surat Thani.
It is also possible Samut Prakan and Nonthaburi will face heavy rain as the low-pressure mass covers the central and eastern parts of Thailand.
Cloudy weather and slight rain can be expected in Bangkok.
The powerful southwest monsoon also covers the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand.
People in some provinces are warned of mountain run-off and landslide. They are Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Nakhon Sawan, Kanchanaburi, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi, Chumporn, Ranong, Phang Nga and Phuket.
