More rain in upper northeast, central region and east

Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – More rain in the upper northeast, western central region and east is influenced by the low-pressure mass passing the north and northeast as well as powerful southwest wind covering the Andaman Sea.

70 percent of rain will be in the north. Heavy rain can be seen in Chiang Rai, Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai and Tak.

In the northeast, there will be 60 percent of rain. Heavy rain will be in Nongkhai, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Panom and Mukdaharn.

60 percent of rain can also be expected in the central region. Heavy rain can be seen in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.

In the east, there will be 70 percent of rain, particularly in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trad. Waves can be 1-2 meters high.

30 percent of rain will be in the eastern south, especially in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumporn, Pattani and Narathiwat.

In the western south, 20 percent of rain can be seen, in particular Ranong and Phang Nga. Waves can be as high as 2-3 meters, particularly in the upper Andaman Sea.

60 percent of rain can be expected in Bangkok and nearby provinces. Southwest wind travels at the speed of 15-30 kilometers per hour.
