Bangkok - Thai people currently have eating behaviors which cause several chronic diseases, according to department of health.
Those who like sweet and salty food are at obesity risk. Obesity causes diabetes, high-blood pressure, stroke, heart disease and cancer.
Thai people were urged to change their eating behaviors, exercise more and manage mind to stay away from stress.
Stress was said to cause nonstop eating among Thai people, especially in the working people group.
Every five centimeters around the waistline mean risk at chronic diseases four to five more times.
Thai children were previously encouraged not to take sweet stuff. It was said that made them become moody and aggressive more.
Sugar shortage was said to cause bad mood.
