Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – Some auto companies announced not to hold their booths at the 30th Bangkok International Motor Show at the BITEC.
Volvo, Subaru and Suzuki were absent at the auto show since they had to limit their marketing and advertising budgets.
Prachin Iamlamnao, chairman of the organizing committee, expressed concern that several auto firms might not be able to make their presence at the next year’s event.
0 percent of interest and 48-month installment were offered by some auto companies to attract buyers.
Orders for compact cars and natural gas-fuelled cars were expected to reach up to 150,000 units this year.
The auto show has taken place on March 26 and will run until April 6.
