Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) - A job fair will be held every Saturday at the labor ministry in a hope to help the unemployed people survive the economic crisis.
Pichai Ekpitakdamrong, director-general of the Department of Employment, said employers would be invited to directly interview and recruit staff.
More than 10,000 vacancies in over thirty companies would be available.
Other services such as labor law consulting, social security right claiming, job training and consulting from the department of mental health will be available as well.
The job fair will first take place on January 17, and Labor Minister will preside over the opening ceremony.
The next job fairs will take place on January 24 and 31, February 7, 14 and 21, and March 7, 14, 21 and 28.
