Bangkok - Cold weather will be in the northern part of Thailand while rain can be expected in Bangkok and adjourning provinces, according to the Meteorological Department.
Cool weather and foggy morning will be in the north. The lowest temperature on top of the mountain will be 8-12 degree Celsius.
30 percent of rain can be expected in the northeast, especially in Amnajcharoen, Buriram, Surin, Srisaket and Ubol Ratcha Thani.

20 percent of rain can be expected in the east, particular in Sakaew and Trad. Waves will be 1-2 metres high.
30 percent of rain will be in the eastern south while 20 percent of rain in the western south.
Previously, Smith Dharmmasaroj, chairman of the National Disaster Warning Center, said the eastern and southern parts of the Gulf of Thailand would be affected by the tropical storm Noul.
Noul happened in the middle of the South China Sea and moved to the south of Vietnam on November 17-18.
Risk areas are Chanthaburi, Trad, Rayong, Chonburi, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumporn, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat.
All kinds of small vessels should stop navigation during November 18-21.
Cloudy weather will be in Bangkok and surrounding provinces. 10 percent of rain can be seen in some areas.
