Bangkok - The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE) warned Thai people in the east, west and south of mudslide and mountain run-off.
People on high mountains and in valleys were warned of mudslide and mountain run-off.
The low-pressure mass moved past the areas, leading to continual and heavy rain.
Risk areas in the east include Chanthaburi and Trad while risk areas in the west are Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Phetchaburi.
Affected southern areas cover Prachuap Khiri Khan, Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Krabi, Trang and Phatalung.
Phang Nga, Surat Thani, Trang and Phatalung are the most sensitive areas.
