Thailand is too slow to deal with global warming

The geographic distribution of surface warming during the 21st century calculated by the HadCM3 climate model if a business as usual scenario is assumed for economic growth and greenhouse gas emissions. In this figure, the globally averaged warming corresponds to 3.0 °C (5.4 °F). http://en.wikipedia.org

Bangkok - Thailand is less prepared and too slow to cope with the global warming, according to the Thailand Environment Institute (TEI).

The global warming is considered the result of the world-level negotiations.

Thailand’s operational plan was not up-to-date. As a result, it could not handle the occurring situations in the energy and manufacturing sector.

Equipment to reduce the global warming was seldom used, especially in the manufacturing sector.

The sector was urged to first control the global warming by selecting proper raw materials to be cost-effective the most.

Global warming is the increase in the measured temperature of the earth’s near-surface air and oceans.

The greenhouse effect was discovered by Joseph Fourier in 1824.
