Bangkok - The atmosphere of the People’s Alliance for Democracy (PAD) rally was a bit quiet as not many people joined the rally. The donation rose over 2.1 million baht.

The rally has started since the afternoon of May 25. It is now taking place near the Makawan Rangsan Bridge.

PAD demonstrators rest in shade and the situation is still all right.

So far, the donation has risen over two million baht. The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) provides five mobile toilet cars for the demonstrators.

People have continuously donated money, food and drinking water to the PAD.

More people are expected to join the rally in the evening.

It was reported Prime Minister Samak has kept up with the PAD’s rally until 2 am of today.
