Bangkok - HRH Princess Srirasmi will send the necessary stuff to the medical teams and Nargis survivors in Myanmar.
Dr. Siriporn Kanchana, deputy permanent secretary for public health, said Thai medical teams gave the medical services to the Nargis survivors at the Myaungmya center.
Dr. Siriporn is in charge of the medical teams.
Thai Ambassador to Myanmar will tomorrow represent the princess to give the stuff to the medical teams and Myanmar survivors.
The cabinet already approved 128 million baht of budget for the victims of Cyclone Nargis.
Thailand also plans to send five medical teams to help China’s earthquake survivors. Each team consists of 3 medical doctors and 5 nurses.
The medical teams will be doctors and nurses from Siriraj, Phra Mongut, Bhumibol, Ratchburi and Nakhon Prathom Hospital.
The public health ministry will offer 400-kilogram pharmaceutical supplies to the cyclone victims.
