Bangkok - A PR adviser of liquor tycoon Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi confirmed there was no additional negotiation on Shin Corp share buying.
Mr. Thanit Thamsukhati, a PR adviser of Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, chairman of TCC Holding Co Ltd, said Mr. Charoen did not contact Temasek Holdings of Singapore to buy Shin Corp shares again.
The negotiation on share buying took place two years ago and had no headway.
TCC Holding Group will not involve in a business which it has no expertise in.
The group’s core businesses include Thai Beverage Plc, Berli Jucker Plc, TCC Land, TCC Capital and Phanthi-orn Co.
