Bangkok - Robinson Department Store will join three partners to hold the Robinson Asian Fashion Chic 2008, expecting 1,500 million baht of sales.
Robinson Department Store presents clothes, cosmetics, ornaments, shoes and bags under the theme of Asian Chic. Products are available only at Robinson.
Robinson has joined Thai Air Asia and Tops Supermarkets to give privileges to customers who do shopping at this event.
Chinese calligraphy and tea making, Japanese origami and Korean kimchi making were demonstrated.
Robinson Asian Fashion Chic 2008 has started since January 17. It will run until February 14.
The four-week event is expected to boost not less than 8% of sales during the Chinese New Year. 1.5 billion baht of sales are targeted.
Robinson Department Store was established in 1979 and was subsequently merged with Central Department Store in 1995.
With a total of twenty branches as of 2007, it has the most extensive network of department stores in Thailand.
