Dead bodies of anti-government protesters are piling up, with scores of casualties as days passed. More blood on Yingluck's hands as she clings on to her caretaker Prime Minister status without shame and conscience. Her illegitimate administration is getting more murderous.
Since the violence at Ramkamhaeng University there have been 10 deaths and 570 casualties from attacks and ambushes by forces supporting her lame-duck government now facing a groundswell of public outrage for massive corruption and abuse of power.
It is regrettable that the US Department State has been expressing concern time and again, mainly focusing on its plea for a free and fair election and calling for all sides to restrain from violence without specifically pointing out that so far anti-government protesters have been victims to fatal armed attacks by forces, legal or otherwise, supporting the Yingluck government.
Thaksin Shinawatra, now in exile abroad, has been labeled as ruthless, vindictive and heartless, among other appalling acts of misdeeds, Yingluck shows that she is mindless and cruel with total indifference towards more deaths and disaster to the country almost on the verge of being a failed state.
Sunday afternoon saw another cold-blooded murder of a well-known, peace-loving anti-government protester in broad day light. Suthin Tharatin fell in a hail of bullets from a long burst of gunfire from the murderous hand of a killer who supports the Yingluck sinister regime.
Nine other people were more fortunate when they suffered just serious gunshot wounds. They will survive and hope to see the eventual departure from this land of Yingluck, her Shinawatra clan members and their cronies and partners in crimes after real justice is done.
The pre-election day turned tragic for peace-loving people. When Suthin fell victim to the greed for power of Yingluck and her fugitive criminal brother Thaksin, he was witnessed by several policemen who stood idly and refused to prevent the violence. The gunmen remain at large while the national police chief perfunctorily issued an order for a complete investigation.
Finally, a unit from the Royal Thai Navy came to rescue other protesters surrounded by red-shirts thugs and gunmen inside a temple near the murder scene close to Bang Na-Trad highway. The police were not of any help right from the start.
The blatant killing proved again that the police force has become co-conspirator and accomplice in criminal activities committed by the Yingluck tyrannical and murderous regime. Worst, it happened during the state of emergency declared by the desperate puppet Cabinet of Thaksin, against clear reality that all violent acts and murders had been committed by thugs and hired gunmen on the payroll of the Yingluck government. They have used a wide range of war weapons such as hand grenades, RPG rocket launchers and powerful rifles.
It will be a surprise if the police can arrest the murderer. Talks around town and known among insiders are that killers have been brought in from Cambodia, and snipers from police death squads have been deployed and assigned to kill protest leaders and key supporters whose prices on their heads vary in accordance with their role and significance.
How can the police force and the armed forces stand idly and allow killers, including foreign gunmen, to take the lives of Thai people who are against the most corrupted and evil administration ever existed in this land?
Were the many murders actually designed to provoke the protesters with ahimsa to turn violent and retaliate with weapons, leading to a civil war, so that the sinister Yingluck government can respond with more brutal crackdowns and massacre to survive the growing adversity?
The world must know more about the malicious intent of the Yingluck administration which struggles to preserve power at all costs though that can take more lives of Thai people and economic ruins.
Thai patriots cannot allow the killing spree to continue unpunished. Yingluck and her partners in crimes, and other misdeeds must be held accountable and brought to justice if they cannot flee the country after they lose the ruling power.
Many government offices and civil servants have stood by the anti-government protests. The military still vacillates. The police protect the outlawed and evil regime. The people remain undaunted. They are willing to sacrifice everything, including more lives, to get rid of the Thaksin-Yingluck regime so hated by all sensible Thais and foreigners.
The tyrants, their cutthroats and cronies must not get away with murders and other crimes, we reckon.
