Georgia, said to be the world's birthplace of wine, a country where the first traces of wine were discovered 8,000 years ago is being honoured with the exhibition by the Cite du Vin which contains some 125 archaeological objects dating from the Neolithic period to the present day, symbolized by a long table with wine containers from all periods.
