Tunis, TUNISIA: Tunisian rapper Ala Yaacoubi (C), better known by his rap name Weld El 15”, is welcomed by relatives after being freed from jail on July 2, 2013 in Tunis. A Tunisian rapper jailed for two years for a song in which he insulted the police was freed on appeal on Tuesday, to the relief of his supporters who hailed the court ruling as a victory for freedom of expression.
