One in five Thais has mental health problem, especially after the economic crisis.

Women, particularly those who are breadwinners tended to be at higher risk than men, according to the survey.
Virtues and Buddha teachings are possible solutions to the problem. Sharing time with family is also suggested.
Those with uncertain amount of income were at mental health risk three times higher than civil servants or state enterprise employees.
Professor Michael Crawford, director of the Institute of Brain Chemistry & Human Nutrition at the University of North London, said one way to tackle mental health problem was to eat more seafood.
Brain disorder and health problems were said to relate to deficiency in Omega 3 oil.
Mental health problem is a bigger problem than even obesity, according to professor Crawford.
