Warning of natural disasters in northeast, central region

Bangkok (ASTV Manager Online) – People in the northeast, east and central region were warned of natural disasters due to raining and powerful winds.

Another round of high-pressure mass from China is reaching upper Vietnam and possibly covers the northeastern part of Thailand.

Foggy morning will be in the north. The lowest temperatures will be 16-23 degrees celsius whereas the highest temperatures 35-37 degrees celsius.

Powerful winds can be seen in the northeast even though it will be hot. 10 percent of rain can be expected, particularly in Amnajcharoen, Srisaket and Ubon Ratchathani.

It will be also hot in the central region. 10 percent of rain can be expected, especially in Lopburi, Saraburi and Ayutthaya. The lowest temperatures will be 24-26 degrees celsius while the highest temperatures 37-39 degrees celsius.

There will be powerful winds in some areas of the east. 20 percent of rain can be expected, in particular Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chanthaburi and Trad. Waves can be lower than one metre high.

40 percent of rain can be expected in the eastern south, particularly Chumporn, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Pattalung and Songkhla. The lowest temperatures will be 24-26 degrees celsius whereas the highest temperatures 31-34 degrees celsius.

There will be 60 percent of rain in the western south. Heavy rain can be expected in some areas such as Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Waves can be about one metre high.

It will be hot in Bangkok and surrounding provinces though there will be powerful winds in some areas. The lowest temperatures will be 26-27 degrees celsius while the highest temperatures 33-36 degrees celsius.
