Bangkok - HRH Princess Sirindhorn yesterday inaugurated an event entitled “Siam Samai Roi Yisibhapee Paisaneethai” or 125th anniversary of Thai post office at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).
The princess was welcomed by ICT Minister Man Patanomai and Thailand Post president Ormsin Cheevapruek.
Princess Siridhorn gave the oil painting which would be used in a model stamp to Thailand Post.
An exhibition was also held to honor the members of the Chakri royal family.
The private collections of the royal family members have been presented at the exhibition as well.
The event has taken place since August 1 and will run until August 10.
