Bangkok - The domestic gold prices tend to reach 16,000 baht per one-baht gold weight soon if the gold prices in the world market keep going up.
The gold prices have increased for three consecutive days.
It is expected the domestic gold bar price will reach 16,400 baht per one-baht gold weight at the exchange rate of 33 baht to one US dollar.
It is suggested gold should be sold for profit-taking at the moment. But gold buying should be based on risk management not profit-taking.
The gold prices have gone up continuously for the past five to six years.
Buying gold for long-term investment is still an interesting choice. Gold is currently treated lick a stock in terms of selling for profits.
The price of gold ornaments was 15,300 baht per one-baht gold weight yesterday while the gold bar price was 15,700 baht per one-baht gold weight.
