Bangkok - Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej told the reporters during the launch of the stimulus package that the new line-up could be announced after July 28 as he had to wait for the court’s decision on three ministers.
"More than 10 positions will be changed," he told a news conference broadcast on national television.
Legal scandals forced three ministers to resign during his five-month-old cabinet.
Foreign Minister Noppadon Pattama last week resigned after the Constitutional Court ruled that he had violated the charter by signing a controversial deal with Cambodia over a disputed Preach Vihear temple.
Public Health Minister Chaiya Sasomsap was also forced to resign because he concealed his wife’s assets when taking office.
PM’s Office Minister Chakrapob Penkair previously resigned after the lese majeste charge.
The Supreme Court is scheduled to consider the lottery case against three ministers on July 28.
