Bangkok - Thai Airways International will today start its Bangkok-Bandar Seri Begawan flights after its code-sharing deal with the Royal Brunei Airlines.
Thai Airways vice president Pandit Chanapai said this is a good cooperation between the two airlines to give convenience to their passengers.
It will also help boost the tourism growth in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
The deal was signed on Friday May 9, 2008.
Code sharing is an arrangement under which a flight operated by one carrier is jointly marketed by another.
