Bangkok - Bangkok was ranked among the best ten cities for Asian expatriates to live in, according to ECA International’s survey.
Bangkok was rated the eighth best city for Asian expatriates, one place behind Taipei and Macau.
Singapore was the best city globally to live in, followed by Sydney, Melbourne and Kobe in Japan in the joint third place.
Copenhagen came in the fifth place, followed by Canberra and Vancouver, Wellington and Yokohama sharing the eighth place, and Dublin.
ECA International's annual survey is based on categories such as climate, air quality, health services, housing, political tensions and personal safety, according to AFP.
Within Asia, Hong Kong and Tokyo were ranked joint fourth behind Singapore, Kobe and Yokahama
