Nongkhai - Thailand yesterday repatriated 11 Hmongs to Laos for its third time. The Laos government confirmed all Hmongs were safe and got mental rehabilitation.
Thai government had an agreement with Laos government to send Hmong people at Ban Huay Namkhao, Phetchabun back to Laos.
The repatriation starts from February 2008 onwards and will be completed within this year.
Laos government confirmed there would be no injection for repatriated Hmongs and they would be sent back to their places.
So far, 203 Hmongs have been repatriated. More than 8,000 Hmong migrants are still in Phetchabun and Nongkhai.
