Bangkok - The People Power Party (PPP) will hold a meeting this afternoon after the Election Commission (EC)’s resolution against the House Speaker Yongyuth Tiyapairaj.
Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej plans to meet with the PPP’s executive committees this afternoon to discuss the EC’s resolution against Yongyuth.
The parliament office is quiet as Mr. Yongyuth has not come to the office. He cancelled all today’s schedules.
Pol Lt Col Kant Tiankaew, PPP deputy leader, revealed Mr. Yongyuth used to tell him he would further fight in the court if getting the red card.
Miss La-orng Tiyapairaj, PPP MP and Yongyuth’s younger sister, insisted she and her brother did not cheat the election.
