BANGKOK (AFP) - Thai share prices closed 0.20 percent lower Friday amid heightened fears of a US economic slowdown after an overnight sell-off on Wall Street, dealers said.
They said Thailand's domestic politics also worried investors.
The Supreme Court was set later Friday to deliver its verdict on a challenge to the electoral victory by the People Power Party, which supports ousted premier Thaksin Shinawatra.
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index fell 1.58 points to 789.67 and blue-chip SET-50 slipped 0.31 points to 571.38.
