แนวทางของไทยต่อความปรารถนาของประเทศที่สามที่ต้องการเห็นสันติภาพ

1. ไทยปรารถนาที่จะเห็นสันติภาพที่แท้จริงและยั่งยืน
2. กัมพูชาต้องแสดงความจริงใจและดำเนินการตามเงื่อนไข 3 ข้อ
(1) ประกาศหยุดยิงก่อน
(2) ต้องหยุดยิงจริงและต่อเนื่อง
(3) ร่วมกันเก็บกู้ทุ่นระเบิด
3. การหยุดยิงต้องมาจากการประเมินสถานการณ์ของฝ่ายทหาร

Thailand’s Response to Appeals from Third Countries for Peace
1. Thailand desires genuine and sustainable peace.
2. Cambodia must demonstrate good faith by fulfilling three conditions:
(1) Cambodia must publicly announce a ceasefire first;
(2) the ceasefire must materialize and endure; and
(3) Cambodia must sincerely cooperate with Thailand in joint demining efforts.
3. Any ceasefire must be firmly guided by the military’s assessment of the situation on the ground.
