A cobra female last week gave birth to 13 leucistic monocled cobras. It was the zoo's first birth of these snakes, that can usually be found in northern Thailand.
Their species is normally white and they retain the colour of their eyes, which is different from albinism. The baby cobras will be presented to the public from February 10.
