The bullet-pen is a joint creation of the Education Ministry, McCann Colombia advertising agency and Rinhard Dienes Studio and Pablo Fog design studio using deactivated bullets which had been carried by soldiers in actual combat supplied by state-owned weapons manufacturer Indumil.
