Early Tuesday morning, police officers responded to a call of a pregnant woman in labor at the World Trade Center PATH station, according to Port Authority spokesman Joe Pentangelo.
The baby was the first to be born at the WTC site since 9/11.
The woman from Queens, who went into labor at full term, gave birth at the World Trade Center PATH station at 2:30 am, assisted by Port Authority police officers.
