A father of two goes to his local pub on the back of his zebra. Bill Turner bought 14-month-old Zebedee for £4,500 from a Dutch game reserve.
He told The Sun: "He loves being ridden and it means I don't have to worry about being breathalysed."
It took the former horse trainer three weeks to persuade Zebedee to accept a saddle and carry him to the King's Arms near Sherborne, Dorset.
He added: "It's a mile-and-a-half to the pub and Zebedee pricks up his ears every time we go. The RSPCA says it's OK to ride him."
