Bangkok - Search Entertainment plans to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in next two to three years to raise funds for satellite TV business.
“We are preparing to list on the SET and that will take place in next two to three years,” said Mr. Vibul Leerattanakhachorn, managing director of Search Entertainment Co Ltd.
Search Entertainment Co Ltd holds events such as Lookthung Super Tour and Chongsarm Sanchorn concert in cooperation with Channel 3.
It won the radio frequency concession to run the FM 106 radio station, also being in the property and logistics business through its subsidiaries.
Search Entertainment was found on April 15, 1994 at the listed capital of one million baht. It was aimed at producing TV programs and holding public presentation events.
Its billing is now worth 200 million baht and is expected to rise by 25% to not less than 250 million baht next year.
The company has gained profits since 2004.
